Follow your parcel in real time. Enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email and you'll see where your order is and when it's expected to arrive.

Where is my tracking number?

We email it to you as soon as your order ships, in the "Your order is on the way" email. Please also check your spam or promotions folder.

No tracking number yet?

We prepare orders in 1–3 business days. In the meantime, you can check your order status in your account: sign in with the email you used at checkout and we'll send you an access code.

No updates on your tracking?

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to activate after the shipping email. Most European orders arrive within 7–15 business days of purchase. If you see no movement for 10 business days, write to us at support@trendiop.com and we'll sort it out.
