You will find insulated travel flasks and thermos bottles in stainless steel that keep coffee hot or water cold for hours, leak-proof travel mugs, pop-up straw bottles with a carry handle for long drives, portable coolers for the car such as insulated cooler backpacks and folding lunch bags, waterproof picnic blankets and collapsible silicone food containers.

A one-litre flask, a cooler bag and a picnic blanket cover most day trips; for a family road trip, add a large bottle per person and a couple of food containers. All of it stores flat or nests when the trip is over, so it takes almost no room in the trunk.
